Semaris détient et développe les actifs immobiliers non-hôteliers anciennement détenus par New Mauritius Hotels Limited, avec pour objectif principal d’accroître la valeur de son patrimoine foncier aux Seychelles, au Maroc et à l’île Maurice.

Anciennement connue sous le nom d’Alto Development Ltd., Semaris est une compagnie à responsabilité limitée, constituée le 23 février 2018 à l’île Maurice. Son numéro d'enregistrement d'entreprise est le C18153946, et son siège social est situé à Beachcomber House sur Botanical Garden Street à Curepipe.

 

À travers ses différentes filiales, Semaris développe essentiellement des actifs immobiliers résidentiels de luxe sur ses réserves foncières et la plupart des propriétés sont commercialisées en vue de générer des rendements pour ses actionnaires. Le patrimoine immobilier vise à présenter un réel attrait pour les particuliers fortunés, à la fois pour leur emplacement géographique et pour la qualité qu’ils offrent.

 

La construction fait appel au flair d'architectes et de promoteurs immobiliers de renom pour concevoir des résidences intégrées dans leur environnement naturel, pensées pour la vie des familles et qui ne manqueront pas de ravir la clientèle ciblée.

Semaris collabore étroitement avec ses partenaires de longue date. Ces acteurs bénéficient d’une expérience considérable en développement immobilier, de connaissances uniques en matière de conception et d'architecture, ainsi que d'un réservoir de clients haut de gamme dans lequel puiser en vue d’atteindre leurs objectifs respectifs.
